Sanjeev began his property journey in 2015, building his own portfolio while still in IT. After attending a Tony Robbins event in 2019, he took extended leave to launch Investors Dream, transitioning fully to property within months when he gained early traction.
His approach focuses on investment properties with high rental yields and strong capital growth potential across Australia. By sharing his success story on social media, Sanjeev naturally attracted IT professionals who resonated with his background.

The business has grown entirely through word-of-mouth and 60+ video testimonials, creating a consistent client pipeline without paid advertising. This success allowed his wife to leave her Westpac job to join the business.

Looking ahead, Sanjeev remains positive despite challenges with stock levels and rising prices. Where he once purchased properties for $400K, he’s now regularly buying in the $500-650K range.
