“I always want to aspire to be the best. I don’t want to half-do something. After being in the industry for a year or two, I realised I’m not the best at research, but I’m really good at many other parts of the journey.”
Kev began his career managing high-net-worth clients at Star Casino and Crown Casino for nearly ten years. When COVID-19 hit the hospitality industry, he was stood down, giving him time to pursue his passion for property investment, which began in 2016 with an off-the-plan townhouse in Melbourne.
“After I made that first one, I really started listening to podcasts and doing research into finance. There was so much I realised I didn’t know.”
Rather than establishing his own agency, Kev initially partnered with Arjun Paliwal at Investor Kit, maintaining independence as a licensed buyer’s agent while leveraging the company’s research capabilities. His approach focuses on investment properties across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia, with particular success in the sub-$600K market.
Now targeting 72 property purchases this financial year, Kev is expanding his team to support his growing client base.
