“With nursing, there’s a cap to what you can achieve. Financially, I’ve already capped out – there’s only so many more hours in a day that I can work. In just two months I signed nine clients. That’s when I knew this business was something real.”
While maintaining his nursing job, Allan dedicated every available moment to building his business – working mornings before shifts, using breaks to contact prospects, and even signing his first client during a lunch break. His approach focuses exclusively on residential property investors, using comprehensive checklists to identify areas with high demand and low supply.
“I’d reach out to like a hundred people a day – whatever I could to get the leads coming in. Now things are moving automatically with clients referring other people to me.”
Allan’s business quickly evolved from constant prospecting to generating referrals. His success stems from specialising in helping everyday Australians find investment properties that bAllance growth and cash flow.
“BAI gave me the framework and support. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I have without it.”
Looking ahead, Allan is looking to potentially expand into commercial property and high-end owner-occupier properties in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
“Do what’s required. Sometimes, achieving what you want might mean doing better than your best. You have to push your boundaries to get where you need to go.”
