“What I really want to focus on is obviously that quality, not quantity, and it really is that relationship piece. When I work with clients, they have a really close relationship with me throughout that journey.”
Casey’s interest in property began at age 11 when his family built their home, initially sparking a desire to become an architect before evolving into a passion for property investment. Growing up in Tamworth, he was influenced by his family’s business, observing his father’s and grandfather’s strong work ethic. Seeing them focus solely on their business without diversifying assets motivated Casey to build his own property portfolio.
While working full-time in finance, Casey dedicated himself to establishing his business framework. Rather than rushing into client acquisition, he methodically mapped out every step of the client experience before signing his first client.
“I just focus on my goal and stick to that. If you just focus on looking after that client, that client’s going to tell other people that they had a really great experience.”
Casey credits his personal development to the business, noting improved confidence and people skills. He maintains peak performance through consistent exercise and periods of sobriety, which dramatically improved his clarity and focus during the crucial business-building phase.
“BAI motivated me to do what I’m doing today.”
Looking ahead to 2023, Casey aims to build on his momentum by focusing on brand development while maintaining the consistent daily habits that have driven his success.
“I’m just going to keep doing what got me to the dance. It’s that consistent daily habits that get the results.”
