Peter’s property journey began with his father, a builder-developer who bought old sites to develop units. This early exposure influenced his engineering career where he gained experience in land subdivision. Transitioning to buyer’s agent was natural, combining his technical knowledge with his passion for property.
“My interest goes back to my dad who was a builder developer. That gave me my initial exposure to property and developments.”

“I had one client who’d been looking for five years. To give them something was just one of the greatest things in my career.”
With listings at a five-year low and days on market decreasing, Peter’s local expertise has become invaluable to interstate investors seeking affordable opportunities where houses can still be purchased for around $400,000.
“The investor space is really going to take off as more people realise the great value Perth offers. We’re already seeing interstate migration and next year, I think we’ll start seeing more international migration.”
