“I treat all the boys I’ve worked with no differently than any other client. I’ve represented artists with very well-known names, supporting that process without having to divulge their information.”

“I knew the only way to make this work was just to hustle. I was walking into sales agents’ offices daily for months, just saying g’day.”
His approach focuses on developing strong referral partnerships with mortgage brokers rather than casting a wide net.
“The biggest thing I enjoy is the negotiating. Early on I was light on knowledge, but now I’ve built a reputation for being cutthroat. You don’t know what you don’t know, and I’ve learned on the go.”
With a healthy pipeline despite market uncertainty, Jake continues leveraging his understanding of athletes’ unique financial situations and privacy needs, cementing his reputation as a skilled negotiator for high-end properties.
