“I think the property passion is larger than the photography ever was. When clients come to you, they rely on your knowledge. It’s so rewarding creating something for their wealth and future.”
Dragan’s journey began when he left electrical engineering studies to pursue photography at age 22, building a business with 15 employees and managing $12,000 weekly overheads. Having started investing at 23, he gained experience with established buyer’s agents before launching his own business.
He differentiates by using data analysis to identify growth areas, focusing on five key council areas across Australia. His services include owner-occupier properties in Sydney’s inner western and eastern suburbs, while also developing joint venture opportunities.
“BAI gave me the framework and confidence to build this business.”
Unlike his previous venture, Dragan maintains a boutique approach, handling 10-15 clients monthly with just himself and an assistant. Future plans include expanding into subdivisions and strata titling services.
“When you’ve built strong relationships with real estate agents, they come to you with good deals. They understand your clientele, and half the work is already done. That’s what makes this business so rewarding.”
