“Success is an inside job. It’s not a future destination but a presence we can achieve with our internal compass, feeling presently successful without relying on external factors.”
After completing his commerce degree and working as a broker for three years, Daniel purchased his first property at 19 using a buyer’s agent, sparking his interest in the field. When COVID hit, it created space for him to pivot his career following advice from a property billionaire.
Daniel has structured his business to provide freedom, employing staff who manage operations when he’s not working. This allows him to focus on personal development rather than chasing arbitrary goals.
“I’m now using business and income as a vehicle to build my life. I’ve got a structure which supports me financially while giving me freedom and flexibility.”
His approach to maintaining balance includes meditation, breath work, journaling, and spending time in nature, practices that help him stay present and open to opportunities.
“BAI gave me the framework to hit the ground running. Without it, I wouldn’t have had the clarity to grow this fast.”
Currently in a transitional period, Daniel is exploring new opportunities while healing from health challenges and maintaining his business.
“The best way to start is by putting yourself in the deep end. That process of making your own decisions will grow you in ways you can’t get from working under a brand.”
